The dismembered body of Waeni was found in Roysambu, Nairobi, after she went missing in January 2024. Suspects William Ovie Opia and JohnBull Asibor, both Nigerian nationals in Kenya unlawfully, were found with multiple mobile phones, SIM cards, and a hatchet, which linked them to the crime scene.
