Brooke Leslie Rollins hails from Glen Rose, Texas. Before assuming her current role, she served as the Founder, President, and CEO of the America First Policy Institute (AFPI). During the Trump administration, Rollins held several prominent positions, including Director of the Domestic Policy Council and Assistant to the President for Strategic Initiatives. She also served as Director of the Office of American Innovation, where she played a pivotal role in shaping and managing the Trump administration’s transformative domestic policy agenda. This work led to notable achievements for the American people, particularly in strengthening the economy and enhancing domestic policy.
Rollins has an academic background in agricultural development. She graduated with honors from Texas A&M University and was the first female to be elected student body president. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Texas School of Law, further strengthening her qualifications for leadership roles. Prior to her work in the Trump administration, Rollins served as the policy director for Governor Rick Perry and as the president of the Texas Public Policy Foundation (TPPF), where she helped grow the organization into a nationally recognized force in public policy. Rollins is deeply committed to her family life. She and her husband, Mark, reside in Fort Worth, Texas, where they raise their four children.
