Kenyan social media personality Dame Wa Facebook has recently addressed rumors that she is pregnant, clarifying that she is not expecting a child and is, in fact, still a virgin. Speaking candidly about the speculation that followed a photo she posted, Dame explained that she was only “gassing up” her tummy for the picture. She also expressed her frustration with the assumptions, particularly the mention of individuals as potential “baby daddies,” emphasizing that the people mentioned were ones she would never consider for such a life event.
Dame’s comments came after she gifted her parents a house, which sparked widespread attention and admiration. In an interview, she shared that the house was built with the support of her fans, noting that she had no intention of buying a property for her parents in Nairobi. Instead, she wanted to set an example for young girls in her village, encouraging them to avoid early pregnancies and rush into marriages. Dame views marriage as an option, stressing that, with financial independence, a woman can live without the burden of early motherhood.
She also mentioned plans to gift her parents cars, showcasing her desire to give back to her family. However, when it comes to children, Dame revealed that she isn’t ready for motherhood. “I am still young,” she said, adding that she doesn’t want to be in a position where she has to call anyone “deadbeat” due to financial difficulties. Dame emphasized that her priority right now is financial stability, stating that she wants to be in a position where, even without a man, she can care for her child.
While she is not yet settled in her personal life, Dame revealed her 2025 wedding plans and her expectations for her future husband. According to her, a potential suitor must meet her bride price: two million shillings and six cows. With a clear focus on her future, Dame is determined to build a life where money and independence come first, with marriage being a later consideration.
