The Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) has officially begun dispatching admission letters to successful applicants selected for the March 2025 intake. According to KMTC Chief Executive Officer Dr. Kelly Oluoch, a total of 14,338 admission letters for pre-service courses have been released to students who applied through the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS).
“These are applicants who applied through the KUCCPS portal, and we are issuing letters based on the official list received from KUCCPS over the weekend,” stated Dr. Oluoch.
In addition to pre-service courses, KMTC has also started issuing admission letters for students enrolling in upgrading programs, including diploma, higher diploma, and certificate courses. The reporting date for all new students has been set for March 18, 2025.
Dr. Oluoch emphasized that all successful applicants have been notified via text message with instructions on how to download their admission letters from the official KMTC portal. He warned students and parents against falling victim to fraudsters claiming to facilitate admissions at a fee.
“No one is required to pay anything to access their admission letter,” he clarified, urging students to follow official communication channels to avoid being scammed.
With the dispatch of admission letters now underway, students are advised to prepare for their upcoming enrollment, ensuring they meet all requirements before the reporting date. KMTC, a leading institution in medical training, continues to provide high-quality education, equipping healthcare professionals to serve across Kenya and beyond.
As the March 2025 intake approaches, prospective students are reminded to check the KMTC website and their emails regularly for any updates regarding their admission process.
