Singer Nadia Mukami has officially announced that her wedding will take place in April, marking a significant milestone in her relationship with Arrow Bwoy.
Earlier this year, a major step was taken toward formalizing their union when Arrow Bwoy visited her family. Reflecting on the event, Nadia shared her excitement, highlighting the importance of women having a voice and the strength that comes with it. She also mentioned an upcoming celebration on March 8th in Kibera for International Women’s Day, which is being organized in collaboration with a charitable foundation.
The wedding will be an invite-only affair, and while the guest list remains largely undisclosed, it has been revealed that former actress Wilbroda, also known as Jacquline Nyaminde, is among those invited. The news was shared during an interview at Nairobi National Park on a YouTube show, where Nadia spoke candidly about her relationship and future plans.
Recalling the beginning of their journey together, Nadia mentioned their first meeting at a public concert, which led to a conversation over WhatsApp about a potential music collaboration. That discussion resulted in the creation of ‘Radio Love,’ one of her hit songs. Their time in the studio revealed qualities she admired in him, particularly his respectful nature.
Their working relationship soon turned into something more as they spent time together promoting the song. Despite some chaotic moments involving their managers, the connection between them deepened, and their bond grew stronger.
The couple shares a three-year-old son, Kai, and discussions about expanding their family have already begun. While teased about having another child, Nadia emphasized her focus on balancing work and family life. She acknowledged the importance of having a strong support system, crediting Arrow Bwoy for being a hands-on father. She also expressed gratitude for her mother and a reliable nanny, noting that their help allows her to manage her responsibilities effectively.
For her, maintaining balance comes down to careful time management and setting clear priorities. She highlighted the importance of knowing when to be home and how to conduct oneself in different settings.
As the wedding approaches, she confirmed that plans are well underway. Their introduction ceremony had already taken place, and although intended to be a private affair, it turned into a larger event when unexpected guests from the village arrived. With laughter, she acknowledged that it was impossible to turn them away.
Now, with the wedding set for April, the couple is eagerly preparing for their big day. Though details remain under wraps, it promises to be a memorable occasion, marking the next chapter in their love story.
