Tanzanian actress, model, and influencer Nasma Hassan, better known as Nana Dollz, recently found herself at the center of public attention following an interview on Wasafi TV. The rumors gained traction after Tanzanian blogger Mange Kimambi leaked photos and videos allegedly showing Nana at Karauri’s Nairobi home. The images, which included Nana posing in what appeared to be Karauri’s living room and attending romantic outings with him, sparked rumors of an affair. Kimambi went further to accuse Nana of seeking wealthy men for financial gain, even alleging that she pressured Karauri into financing a lavish mansion and a swimming pool. These accusations intensified when it was revealed that Karauri had been separated from his wife, Captain Ruth Karauri, for almost three years, adding complexity to the story.

She clarified that she met Karauri when he was already living alone, emphasizing that their relationship began after his marriage had ended. “He wasn’t with his wife when we started.
