In a video shared with her followers, workers can be seen actively engaged in various aspects of the project, including plastering walls, refining the staircase, and making structural improvements. The house, which boasts an expansive layout and a balcony overlooking lush greenery, is in its final stages of construction.
Phoina, a well-respected name in Kenya’s beauty industry, expressed excitement over the progress, emphasizing that every small step counts. “Small progress is still progress. Final stages in plastering the mansion. This just proves that with hard work, you can achieve anything you set your mind to. Keep going,” she wrote.

In a previous interview, she revealed that setbacks had slowed down the construction process. “2024 has been a hard year. I can’t wait for it to end. I want to scream and just forget about it, but yeah, we are grateful. I had so many plans, and things have been progressively slow, but at least there’s been progress,” she shared.
Phoina first revealed her mansion project in 2023, documenting its transformation from an empty plot to a magnificent structure. Her latest update has left fans inspired, as many admire her determination and success.
