Four Seasons Hotels in New York and Santa Barbara Set to Reopen After Pandemic Closures

The iconic Four Seasons Hotel New York, closed since the onset of the pandemic, is set to reopen its doors this September under an agreement with Ty Warner Hotels and Resorts, the owner of the Manhattan property located at 57 East 57th St. Since its debut as a Four Seasons establishment in 1993, the 368-room luxury hotel has been a landmark of hospitality in New York City.

Simultaneously, Four Seasons has finalized plans to reopen another prestigious property owned by Ty Warner: the Four Seasons Resort The Biltmore Santa Barbara in California. Closed since March 2020, this 206-room resort is scheduled to resume operations next spring. The adjacent Coral Casino Beach and Cabana Club, also managed by a Ty Warner company, has already reopened, signaling a phased return to full operation for the esteemed Santa Barbara property.
