Among them were Vihiga Governor Wilber Khasilwa Ottichilo, Busia Governor Paul Otuoma, and Kakamega Governor Fernandes Barasa. These regional leaders were joined by their counterparts from other parts of the country, including Elgeyo Marakwet Governor Wisley Rotich, Uasin Gishu Governor Jonathan Bii, Murang’a Governor Irungu Kang’ata, and Kisii Governor Simba Arati.
