Dubai-based socialite Huddah Monroe has announced plans to open a church in Kenya by 2026. Named Huddah Prosperity Ministries, the church is inspired by what she describes as a calling from the Holy Spirit. Huddah is considering slogans like “Transforming Lives” or “Bringing the Youths Back to God and His Teachings,” though she is open to further brainstorming.
Huddah shared her plans on Instagram, revealing her intention to return to Kenya permanently for the project. Despite previously selling her car, believing she would never live in Kenya again, she feels a divine mission requires her presence there.
The former Big Brother Africa 8 contestant emphasized that the church will be inclusive, welcoming both Christians and Muslims. She highlighted her vision for a place that provides peace of mind and helps individuals transform their lives.
Huddah also plans to recruit aspiring pastors and prophetesses, urging them to prepare for their roles by deeply studying the Bible. Her vision for the church includes a vibrant worship style, featuring music from artists like Mr. Vegas and Dexta Daps.
Reflecting on her spiritual journey, Huddah shared a profound thought: “The greatest tragedy in life is not death but life without a purpose.” This underscores her commitment to her new spiritual endeavour and her desire to make a meaningful impact.
