Isaac Mwaura Announces Shelving of Finance Bill 2024, Urges Kenyans to Maintain Peace and Unity

Nairobi, Kenya- In a recent announcement, Government Spokesman Isaac Mwaura addressed the nation, declaring the Finance Bill 2024 has been shelved. The decision comes in response to mounting public discontent and protests, which Mwaura emphasized should not be used to destabilize the country.

“Fellow Kenyans! President Ruto listens. The finance bill 2024 is now shelved. Let’s not aid those who don’t wish our country well by staging protests to destabilize us. Kenya is the only country that we have. Tudumishe amani, umoja na uzalendo. Kenya ni yetu sisi sote,” Mwaura stated.
