Kanye West, also known as Ye, and his Yeezy brand are being sued for sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and breach of contract by his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta. Pisciotta claims she endured intentional mental distress and is seeking $3 million in compensation for breach of contract and a hostile work environment.
Pisciotta alleges she was dismissed from her role in 2022 without receiving the promised $4 million bonus for becoming West’s “chief of staff,” nor the multimillion-dollar severance package. She started working with West in July 2021 during the preparation for his Yeezy fashion line launch and was initially offered $1 million with the requirement of being available 24/7, as reported by Page Six.
The lawsuit also details Pisciotta’s cessation of her $1 million earnings from OnlyFans at West’s request to adopt a more “God-like” persona, with a promised salary increase to $2 million per year that was never implemented. Pisciotta alleges that West masturbated in front of her during a flight to Paris and sent her explicit messages. He reportedly wrote, “See my problem is I be wanting to f* but then after I f* I want a girl to tell me how hard they been f** while I’m f*** them. Then I want her to cheat on me.”
Pisciotta also claims West asked her to provide sexual enhancement products before his encounters, fixated on her partners’ penis sizes, and shared explicit videos of himself. In another alleged incident, West locked them in a room and masturbated next to her before falling asleep. She states he became angry when she rejected his advances.
In response, West’s legal team accused Pisciotta of blackmail and labeled her allegations as “baseless.” They claim Pisciotta pursued West for employment and benefits, then resorted to extortion when her advances were rebuffed. They allege she stole his cell phone to destroy evidence contradicting her claims and was fired for being unqualified and displaying inappropriate behavior.
West’s legal team also accuses Pisciotta of offering sex to West on his birthday, sending unsolicited nude photos, and inappropriate conduct during work hours. They cite an incident where she discussed being ejaculated on by a soccer player while texting West. They further claim Pisciotta used sexual coercion to demand compensation and benefits, including money for plastic surgery, a Lamborghini, and Hermes Birkin handbags.
According to West’s team, Pisciotta’s blackmail demands escalated from $60 million last year to $50 million in her recent filing, stating her behavior is inconsistent with someone who experienced sexual harassment or a hostile work environment.
