Kim Kardashian has revealed that she faces significant challenges raising her four children without much ‘support.’
At 43, Kim is the mother of North, 10, Saint, 8, Chicago, 6, and Psalm, 5, whom she co-parents with her ex-husband Kanye West.
In a recent episode of Hulu’s “The Kardashians,” titled “This Is Going to be Really Hot Tea,” Kim discusses her parenting struggles during a phone call with an unidentified friend while on her way to a court case.
Kim confessed to being a ‘pushover’ and expressed a desire to be ‘stricter’ like her sister Khloe Kardashian. She shared insights into her chaotic home life, revealing how her children can manipulate her emotions.
“They know when to trick me and when to start with the tears so that I’m like, ‘Stop, just, sure, take the iPad,’ you know, just stop,” she said. “I have to be like, ‘I don’t care if you’re gonna throw a tantrum in front of everyone right now. The answer is no.'”
Kim admitted to her friend, “I don’t have that support and it’s really hard. I love getting it together, but it’s tough.”
She continued, “I will always be there for my kids and fight for them no matter what, but to say it doesn’t bring emotional distress sometimes would be lying. It’s sharp at times. I want to be stricter like Khloe, but I find it hard to say no. I think I also don’t want to deal with the whining and crying of not getting their way.”
This confession follows Kim and Kanye’s recent reunion on their 10th wedding anniversary to watch their daughter North perform as Young Simba at the Hollywood Bowl. Despite their split, the former couple came together to support their eldest child, sparking controversy over accusations of ‘no baby’ favoritism.
