Influencer and content creator Mungai Eve has firmly denied any involvement in a leaked steamy video that has recently been circulating on Telegram. The video, which has caused a stir online, allegedly features Eve in a compromising situation, but the influencer has quickly dismissed the claims.
In a candid interview with Lydia Wanjiru, Mungai Eve expressed her frustration at the ongoing rumors and attempts to tarnish her reputation. “People will always talk. Right now it does not affect me because I do not check Telegram. Someone told me I am trending on Telegram, but I did not know about it. People have tried ruining my brand and failed, so now they have resorted to leaking sex tapes,” Eve stated. She made it clear that the accusations were unfounded, emphasizing that she had never taken part in such behavior.
Eve further explained that she has always been cautious about her public image and personal privacy. “If there is something that can never happen, it’s me uniting you guys with a sex video. I do not have steamy photos of myself because I do not take them. For what? What if I took some and someone saw them and shared them?” she said. Eve credited her early rise to fame for her ability to avoid compromising situations, saying, “The advantage of being famous young is you become very cautious.”
Reflecting on her past, Eve revealed that she moved in with her boyfriend, Trevor, not out of love but necessity. “I don’t think it was love; it was the situation that brought us together. I entered into a come-we-stay marriage because I didn’t want to go back home to my parent’s house, and I didn’t have anywhere else to go,” she shared. At the time, the couple was focused on their careers and building their home, with limited financial resources.
Despite the viral video controversy, Mungai Eve remains steadfast in her position and continues to focus on her career and personal growth, refusing to be distracted by baseless claims.
