Former media personality Muthoni wa Mukiri, now a mindset coach, has been making waves with her boot camps designed to help women become high-value individuals. She is also the author of “Becoming The Woman” and was honoured as Coach of the Year 2023 by the AfriGlo Women’s Award, urging Kenyans to pursue their passions.
Eight years ago, Muthoni experienced a dysfunctional relationship and embarked on a healing journey. She later met and married another man, building a life that many of her fans now see as ideal. During a recent Q&A session on Instagram, fans praised her seemingly perfect life and asked her to share more about her happiness.
One fan commented, “You have the happiest, perfect life,” to which Muthoni replied, “I really practice the things I teach. I’ve made that my lifestyle. I create happy moments more often because happiness is a choice. I’ve actually written a whole chapter in my book about happiness.”
This perception of a flawless life led another fan to assume that Muthoni and her husband never argue. The content creator quickly dispelled this notion, responding to the comment, “You don’t fight with your husband,…you know how to handle things,” with three laughing emojis.
