Kenya Crowned Africa Kabaddi Champion

Kenya clinched the Africa Kabaddi 2024 Championship title on Saturday evening, overcoming Uganda with a decisive 44-23 victory in the final match held at Kasarani.

Kenya set the tone early in the match, with James Kamweti leading the charge. Kamweti’s skillful raids in Uganda’s half secured a strong lead for Kenya, concluding the first half with a score of 20-13. The second half saw Kenya’s team performance elevate to another level, adding an impressive 24 points to their tally while restricting Uganda to just 10 points. The final score of 44-23 highlighted Kenya’s dominance throughout the match.
