NACADA’s Strategic Plan Targets Economic Threats in Alcohol and Drug Abuse Fight

According to Interior PS Dr. Raymond Omollo, smuggling, counterfeiting, unregistered brands, substitution/refills, tax evasion, and illicit artisanal alcohol pose significant economic challenges in combating alcohol and drug abuse. The National Authority for the Campaign Against Alcohol and Drug Abuse (NACADA) is crafting a strategic plan to address these issues comprehensively. By targeting these economic threats, NACADA aims to strengthen regulatory measures, enhance enforcement capabilities, and promote public awareness to safeguard communities against the detrimental effects of substance abuse.
