The legendary Hollywood Restaurant in Auburn, New York, is closing its doors after an impressive 91 years in business. Known for its Italian-American cuisine, the restaurant has been a family-run establishment since it first opened in 1933.
Joe Colella Jr., the current owner, announced the decision to close despite the restaurant’s continued success. “I’m not getting any younger,” the 67-year-old told The Post, reflecting on his tenure since taking over from his parents in 1983.
