Businesswoman Michelle Opens Up About Her Spiritual Transformation, Shuts Down Gossip Inquiry Live On-Air

A week ago, renowned businesswoman and Marini Naturals CEO, Michelle, publicly testified about embracing her newfound faith in God. This spiritual transformation has intrigued many Kenyans, including Milele FM radio presenter Ankali Ray, who sought to understand her journey better.

During a live on-air call, Ankali Ray approached Michelle with curiosity about her past lifestyle. However, Michelle firmly redirected the conversation, emphasizing that gossiping is a sin.

“Shem Shem praises Jesus! So is it true? Praise Jesus for sure. So it’s absolutely true you are saved?” Ankali probed, seeking confirmation of her transformation.

Michelle confidently affirmed her faith, immediately addressing Ankali’s call’s purpose. “Shem, we are really happy that you have made such an important decision in your life. So, Michelle Shem, is it absolutely true you are genuinely saved?” he pressed. “So, what really happened? Maybe briefly, I know you’ve talked about it before, but briefly, in Swahili.”

“100 per cent, I’m now walking with the Lord,” Michelle declared, directing Ankali to her YouTube channel for the full announcement.

“I have watched, Shem, that’s why I called you. I have watched it completely. Now let me ask you, have you completely left behind those things? Have you left behind everything from your past lifestyle?” Ankali inquired, alluding to her previous relationships.

“You watched the testimony? Let it bless you and change your life. And one of the sins that God does not like is gossip … gossip, okay? I would urge you, shem (laughing), just as I did, to reflect on your life when it comes to gossip. Gossip is not good,” Michelle gently admonished.

Michelle remained resolute despite Ankali’s attempts to steer the conversation towards gossip. “Ah, but this is good gossip,” he pleaded.

“Brother-in-law, yes, you are my brother in Christ, so I say this with love. The Lord showed me where I went wrong. One of the things is gossip. I never used to gossip and I do not gossip now, but I know you enjoy that. See whether you are right with the Lord on that. Thank you so much for calling,” Michelle concluded, ending the call with grace and conviction.
