Notably, there will be no spousal support for either party. Instead, Lawson will receive a one-time payment of $300,000 from Tina. In addition to the monetary settlement, Lawson will retain ownership of a 2021 Cadillac Escalade, as well as the funds and assets associated with his production company, Richard Lawson Studios Inc. This includes his Screen Actors Guild (SAG) pension plan, royalties from creative works produced during their marriage, and his personal belongings, including clothing and jewelry.
Tina, on the other hand, will keep the couple’s properties in Los Angeles and Texas, as well as two luxury vehicles: a 2018 Tesla and a 2020 Bentley. She will also retain all earnings made since their separation.
