Reality TV Star Chrisean Rock Sentenced to 30 Days in Jail, Faces Extradition to Oklahoma

Reality TV personality Chrisean Rock has been sentenced to 30 days in jail and faces extradition to Oklahoma following her arrest on a felony fugitive warrant. Rock was apprehended on June 10 at the Van Nuys West Courthouse in Los Angeles, pursuant to a warrant issued from Oklahoma.

Details of the Arrest and Charges

Initial reports from TMZ indicated that Rock was wanted in Oklahoma for charges including:

  • Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute
  • Possession of a controlled dangerous substance

These charges stemmed from an arrest on February 18, 2022. She was booked on June 13 by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department on a felony charge, with her booking record initially indicating “NO BAIL” and no release date. Later that day, the felony charge was downgraded to a misdemeanor.

Sentencing and Current Status

On June 17, Rock was sentenced to 30 days in jail. She is currently detained at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, California. The record notes her hold by Oklahoma authorities, pending extradition after she completes her sentence in California.

Legal Proceedings in Oklahoma

In Oklahoma, Rock pleaded not guilty to the charges on October 7, 2022, and again on March 15, 2023. Her sentencing was deferred for four years. She was also ordered to:

  • Pay court fees
  • Serve 120 hours of community service
  • Be placed on supervised probation

After serving her 30-day sentence in California, Rock will be extradited to Oklahoma to face these charges and comply with the conditions set by the court.
