The campaign aims to prepare farmers for the upcoming election on June 28th.
To vote, smallholder tea farmers need to present their tea monthly payslip for any month between June 2023 and May 2024, along with their National ID. Emphasizing the principle of “one farmer, one vote,” the initiative seeks to ensure fair and accessible voting for all eligible tea farmers.
