CAF Announces New Dates for 2025 AFCON in Morocco

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has officially unveiled the dates for the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) to be hosted in Morocco. CAF president Patrice Motsepe announced during a virtual executive committee held at their headquarters in Cairo that the tournament is scheduled to take place from December 21, 2025, to January 18, 2026.
