Safaricom has announced a scheduled system maintenance for M-Pesa on Monday night, March 24. The maintenance, set for 1:00 AM to 1:30 AM, will temporarily affect M-Pesa services, which will be intermittent during this period.
Despite the brief disruption, all other services, including calls, data, and SMS, will remain available without interruption. The planned maintenance aims to enhance the services to better meet customer expectations and ensure reliability, security, and superior user experience.
The company has strategically scheduled the update during off-peak hours to minimize inconvenience. Additionally, it has expressed its apologies for any disruptions that may occur while appreciating its customers’ continued trust and support.
